John Markovich
is a pediatrician at Trihealth in Anderson Township and has been practicing medicine in the local area for 16 years. He is a general pediatrician and takes care of children from birth until 21. He has a special interest in youth development as well as sports related health.
Originally from northeast Ohio he has been in Cincinnati for almost 20 years. He earned his biology degree from the Ohio State University, his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati, and completed his residency through Cincinnati Childrens Hospital and Medical Center specializing in pediatrics. He loves practicing medicine and watching his patients grow and develop into healthy individuals.
He also has a special interest in youth sports. If not in the office, you can find him coaching local youth sports teams including ice hockey, soccer, track and lacrosse. He loves watching kids grow to embrace these games as well as develop an expanding sense of belonging, teamwork and self-esteem.
On a personal note, John has two sons, Ethan (11) and Henry (8), and has been married to his wife Meghan for 15 years this fall. They love rooting for FC Cincinnati, hiking, rock climbing and playing board games together. John also enjoys running Spartan races, playing Ice Hockey, and playing guitar and singing occasionally. He loves all things Cincinnati and can’t wait to dance for his charity.
