Bret Buganski
is the weekend evening anchor and reporter for WCPO. He moved to Cincinnati in August 2022 after spending time in seven other cities in the last 16 years and absolutely loves everything about the Tri-State.
Bret is originally from the city of Chicago, not the suburbs, and graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a degree in journalism. When he’s not reporting, Bret loves to attend pro sporting events, run long distance races, do hot yoga, play electric guitar and attend rock concerts.
This past May, Bret completed the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon and the (as I’m writing this I’m training for it) Columbus Marathon in October. He’s a former member of an 80s cover band. Dancing may be outside of his comfort zone, but he knows this is all for a good cause.
Hopefully, Bret can use his outgoing personality, charm and athletic ability to inspire the masses to donate with their hearts for Dance With Your Heart Charity Gala.
