Her passion for innovation and joy-filled hospitality has earned features in the New York Times, Entrepreneur Magazine, and widespread coverage across Cincinnati’s TV, radio, and media platforms.
Beyond her culinary ventures, Liz actively invests in leadership and growth. She has completed accelerator programs including Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business and the Montrose Minority Business Development Bootcamp. She remains deeply rooted in the communities she serves, regularly engaging with the Madisonville Business Chamber, Anderson Business Chamber, and Madisonville Community Council.
Liz is also an active member of industry organizations such as the Cincinnati Food Truck Association, National Retail Baker’s Association, Specialty Food Association, and the National Ice Cream Association.
Her academic background blends creativity and strategy: she holds a Pastry Arts degree from the Midwest Culinary Institute, a BA from the University of Cincinnati, and a Master’s in Business Leadership & Innovation (MBLI) from Northern Kentucky University.
When she’s not running her businesses, Liz treasures time with her large, close-knit family—including many nieces and nephews—and enjoys a strong bond with her siblings and parents. She finds joy in Latin dancing, exploring new restaurants, and experiencing different cultures through food and travel, passions that fuel both her personal life and her work as a culinary entrepreneur.
