Mary is the CEO of JANCOA Janitorial Services which is a local, family owned business that has 600 full-time employees to keep large office buildings clean. JANCOA created programs that inspired Matthew Kelly to write the NYT bestselling book The Dream Manager. Today the book is available in 15 languages encouraging people around the world to pursue & achieve BIG Dreams.
Mary is an internationally recognized speaker and author of Changing Direction: Ten Choices That Impact Your Dreams. Mary has been an Associate Coach with Strategic Coach for 18 years and leads workshops for successful entrepreneurs in Chicago. In 2017 EY recognized Mary with the EY Ohio Valley Entrepreneur of the Year Lifetime Achievement award and that same year, the College of Mount Saint Joseph recognized Mary’s contributions to society with an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters. Yes, she is Dr. Mary Miller, the healer of lost dreams.
Mary enjoys sharing her vision and inspiration through active participation in many industry, business and non-profit organizations. She strives to stay on a path of positivity, determination and success to ensure that she continues to chase her dreams and inspire those around her to reach for theirs, too! When not enjoying time with family in the city, Mary and Tony are at their home at Lake Lorelei. Mary and Tony have five children and eleven grandchildren.
